Abe King "Jr.", age 62, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (January 22, 2021) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

He was born on June 20, 1958 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Abraham and Ruby Cockriel King.

He was the owner of King Motorsports and Auto Sales who loved going to car shows, a drag racing enthusiast, and an avid classic car collector.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Miller King; one son, Dustin King and fiancée Madison Willis; one brother, William King; and one sister, Carlene Weedman. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Otha King; and one sister, Elsie Hazelwood.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, (January 28, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
