Allen "Z" Hoover, age 63, of Westview, KY, passed away Thursday, (March 4, 2021) at his residence.

He was born on December 11, 1957 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the son of the late John W. and Maryanna Zimmerman Hoover.

He was a self-employed farmer and was of the Old Order of Faith.

He is survived by his wife, Francis Martin Hoover of Westview; sons, Jesse (Miriam), Reuben, Alvin, Landon and Thomas Hoover; daughters, Katie (David) Martin, Nancy (Ernest) Girod, Elsie (Jerry) Girod and Dorcus Hoover;  eight grandchildren, Nathaniel, Nelson, Mervin, Kenneth, Joshua, Aaron, Caleb and Priscilla.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Martin Hoover and his grandson, Elias.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, (March 8, 2021) at the Clearfield Old Order Mennonite Church in Leitchfield. Bishop Daniel Girod and Minister Aaron Hoover will be officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be at the family residence at 4194 McCoy Roff Road in Westview from 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.
