Obituary
Allen Wilson, age 51, of Millwood, KY, passed away Sunday, (August 14, 2016) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on January 26, 1965 in Glasgow, KY. He was raised by his grandparents, James and Alma Wilson.
He was a merchandiser for Crossmark Sales and Marketing Service. He enjoyed the ocean, especially surfing. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, and was an umpire for high school baseball.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Willcuts Wilson, of Millwood; son, Scott Wilson, of Indiana; daughter, Ashleigh Huntsman of Glasgow; adopted son, Jordan Mayes and wife, Elizabeth, of Portland, TN; step-sons, Derrek Decker and Danny Decker, Jr.; step-daughter, Deana Rudnick; seven grandchildren; and brother, Danny Wilson and wife, Linda of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, (August 17, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. James Large will be officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until service time on Wednesday.
