Obituary
Alta Vincent age 87, of Leitchfield KY, passed away Tuesday, (June 30, 2015) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.
She was born on January 28, 1928 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Robert and Victoria Stewart Blair.
She was a Housewife, who enjoyed fishing and working in her flowers and was a member of New Freedom Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Carletta Farris and Regina Mercer both of Leitchfield, Sherry Bradley of Wetompka, AL, Yolanda Whobrey of McDaniels, KY, two sons, Terry Vincent of Hudson, KY and Jerry Vincent of Leitchfield, 18 grandchildren, and four brothers, Elzie, McKinley, Maurice and Martin Blair. She is also survived by her biological father, Wayne Carroll, of Illinois.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Shedrick Ditt Vincent, two children, Yvonne Mathis and Rodney Vincent, two grandchildren, two brothers, Robert D. and Earl Blair, two sisters, Ruth Stephens and Florence Comer.
Cremation has been chosen.
