Obituary
Ann E. Fentress, age 86, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Sunday, (November 13, 2016) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on October 14, 1930 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late John D. and Neilia Mattingly.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, and taking care of her loving family. She attended the Leitchfield United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Fentress; a granddaughter, Christi Wilson (Travis); two great-grandchildren, Roark and Sienna Wilson, all of Falls of Rough; two nephews, Norman Schwarz of Florida and Neilsen Schwarz of Louisville, KY.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Fentress Jr.; a daughter Georgena Fentress, one sister and two brothers.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, (November 16, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Fred Whitmore and Musial Pearson will be officiating. Burial will be in the Shady Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
