Anna Catherine Jones, age 69, of Hardinsburg, KY, passed away Monday, (June 10, 2013) at her home.

She was born on August 23, 1943 in Hardinsburg., KY, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Angela Alexander Robbins.

She was a retired mail carrier, who enjoyed gardening, genealogy, talking politics, spending time with her grandchildren and ministering to local inmates. She was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband; Frank Jones of Hardinsburg, one son; Frank Jeffrey Jones and his wife Laura of Bowling Green, three daughters; Nancy Jones Tate and her husband Ed of Brandenburg, Jennifer Jones Mabry and her husband, Michael, of Elizabethtown, Melissa Jones Brown of Owensboro and Charles Brown also of Owensboro, 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, one brother; James Robbins and his wife Sharon, three sisters; Sue Mitchell and her husband Paul of Stevensport, Cynthia Sutton and her husband Phil of Garfield, Lisa King of Hardinsburg.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Scott Jones, two brothers; Charles and Donnie Robbins and one sister Peggy Galloway.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, (June 14, 2013) at the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Hardinsburg. KY. Father Tony Stevenson will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery. A Prayer Service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday evening at the Dermitt Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon (CST) to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and at St. Anthony Catholic Church from 8:30 am until time of service on Friday.
