Anna Marie Nash, age 89, of Butler Co., KY, passed away Friday (November 24, 2006) at the Bowling Green Medical Center.
She was a homemaker, and a member of the Caneyville Church of God of Prophecy. She was born on February 13, 1917, in Welchs Creek, KY the daughter of Gerome and Lottie Embry.
She is survived by 4 sons Shelton of Louisville, Sanford of Indiana, Sharone of Bowling Green & Sherdon Dale Nash of Morgantown, 4 daughters Shirley Embry of Welchs Creek, Sharlett Embry of Caneyville, Shella Garrett & Selma Gay Embry both of Morgantown, 19 grandchildren & 27 great grandchildren, & 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Grady & 1 son Shelby, 2 sisters Eddie Rose & Ruby, 1 brother E.G. Embry.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Sunday (November 26, 2006) at the Caneyville Church of God of Prophecy, with Sister Sharlett Embry officiating with interment in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 11 to 9:00 P.M. Saturday and after 9:00 a.m. Sunday.
