Anna Lee Stevenson, age 88, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (August 04, 2023) at Grayson Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on June 17, 1935 in Edmonson County, KY, the daughter of the late Porter and Ruby Doyle Stice.

She was a teacher, a social worker, a medical records technician and a secretary for the Kentucky Road Department. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, cooking & watching the Kentucky Derby and UK Basketball. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and attended the Leitchfield United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jessica Morgan Parks (Dwight Young) of Caneyville, KY & Brooke Stevenson Hack (Perry) of Leitchfield; nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Aubrey Stevenson; her son, Mark Stevenson; and her beloved dog, Harley.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, (August 13, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jeremy Lowe will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Edmonson County.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
