Obituary
Anthony "Tony" Beres, age 44, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away suddenly on Thursday, (April 2, 2009).
He was born on December 28, 1964, in Orange County CA. He was a construction worker and was currently a full time student at ECC in the welding program, a member of American Welding Society and a member of the Potter's Hope Ministries.
He is survived by his wife, Kira Nicole Mercer Beres, his son, Alexander Joel Beres of Leitchfield, his daughters, Megan Danielle Beres of Elizabethtown, KY and Alexiou SueZan Beres of Leitchfield, his father and step-mother, Daniel and Cindy Beres of Lexington, KY, one sister, Diane Staar of Florida, his grandchild, Ethan Michael Boggs of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Sandy Davis, his father and step-mother-in-law, Jerry and Carol Mercer and his grandmothers-in-law, Libbye Davis and Maggie Mercer Decker.
Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. (April 6, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Landis Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
