Obituary
Barbara Lee Slocum, age 79, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (November 15, 2013) at Grayson Manor in Leitchfield.
She was born on May 15, 1934, in Cadillac, MI, the daughter of the late Ralph Eugene and Cecilia Hilda Hogberg Boughner.
She was a retired payroll clerk and attended the Potters Hope Ministries.
She is survived by four sons, Stephen Eugene, Kevin Lee, Mark Edward and Keith Allen Slocum (Michelle) all of Michigan, fifteen grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Nancy Sutten of Indiana and Carol Baldwin of Leitchfield and one brother, Dale Boughner of Michigan.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Eugene Slocum.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, (November 19, 2013) at the Potters Hope Ministries in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Scott Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Potters Hope Ministries from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Potters Hope Ministries Food Pantry.
