Obituary
Betty Jane Hack, age 77, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (July 21, 2008) at her residence in Leitchfield.
She was born on September 26, 1930, in Illinois, the daughter of George Hillary and Ruby (Williams) Prewitt. She was a member of the Clinton Street Church of Christ and a homemaker.
She is survived one daughter, Wanda (Mark) Claypool, three sisters, Jack Prewitt, Patsy Prewitt, and Gloria Jean Whobrey, three grandchildren, Joshua and Garrett Claypool, and Courtney Cook, one great grandchild Jordan Cook. She was preceded in death by her husband Bennie Hack, two sisters, her twin Jo Osborne, and Corine Napier.
Funeral services will be at 1:00p.m. Wednesday (July 23, 2008) at the Clinton Street Church of Christ in Leitchfield under the direction of the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Mark Claypool will be officiating. Burial will be in the New Harmony Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Clinton Street Church of Christ in Leitchfield from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services at the church.
