Obituary
Betty Louise Roof, age 64, of Millwood, KY, passed away Tuesday, (December 22, 2010) at her residence.
She was born on March 24, 1946, in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of the late Claude and Gertie Cummings Basham. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Lee Roof, three sons, Alvin and Stonie (Debbie) both of Millwood and Gary Roof of Clarkson, one daughter, Wilma Duncan of Leitchfield, one brother, Bobby Basham of Millwood, three sisters, Francis Green of Bardstown, KY, Mary Reed of Louisville and Jane Fulkerson of Millwood, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister, Georgie and Thelma Jean.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Thursday (December 23, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Kefauver Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
