Beulah Mae Cannon, age 92, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Sunday, (February 3, 2019) at Springview Health and Rehab in Leitchfield, KY.
She was born on April 3, 1926 in Monroe County, KY, the daughter of the late Bruce Radford and Pearl Hutcherson Ford.
She worked as a seamstress at Kane Manufacturing. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and gardening. She was a member of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Bruce Cannon and his wife, Karen, of Falls of Rough, and John Radford Cannon and his wife, Kimberly, of Leitchfield; four grandchildren, Pamela Poole (Steve), Bryan Cannon (Sara), Clay Cannon, and Carter Cannon; step-grandson, Carl Mudd (Amanda); three great-grandchildren, Shawni, Abbi and Makayla Poole; two step-great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Alexandra Mudd; and one sister, Jennett Bartley of Tennessee.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Cannon; brothers, Adas, Odell, Lewis, and Jessie Ford; sisters, Nannie Cross, Annie Howard, and Tressie Black.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, (February 8, 2019) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mike Cannon will be officiating. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
