Obituary
Beulah Mae Embry Johnson, age 82, of Irvine, KY, passed away Thursday, (January 8, 2009) at the University of KY Medical Center.
She was born on July 1, 1926, in Alabama, the daughter of the late Hobert C. and Dora Alice Frank Embry. She was a retired Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company employee.
She is survived by one brother, Kendrick Embry of Estill County, KY, three sisters, Pearl Penner of Leitchfield, Lorene Frazier of Estill County, KY, and Nadine Daugherty of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Vincent Johnson, one sister, Pauline Morgan, and one brother, Everett Embry. .
Graveside services will be at 2:00p.m. Sunday (January 11, 2009) at the Leitchfield Memory Gardens. Bro. Edward Dermitt will be officiating.
Friends may call at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home in Irvine, KY 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Saturday, (January 10), and after 10:00a.m. until time of the graveside service on Sunday, (January 11), at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
