Obituary
Billy Wayne Carter, age 45, of Caneyville, KY passed away Tuesday, (January 2, 2007) as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born on September 1, 1961, in Phoenix, AZ, the son of Roy Carter Jr. and Dorothy Shaddy Carter. He was a carpenter and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by a son, Elvis Wayne Carter, a brother, James Ray Carter of Missouri, three sisters, Wanda Prentice and Joann Gibson both of Caneyville and Betty Browning of Nebraska, one grandchild, several nieces, nephew and great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday (January 4, 2007) at the Beech Grove Cemetery. Bro Arnold Saltsman will be officiating.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
