Obituary
Billy Joe (Buck) McDaniels, age 56, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (April 15, 2008) at the University Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on June 20, 1951, in Hardin County KY, the son of Abe Lewis and Minnie Rose (Watson) McDaniels.
He is survived by two brothers: William McDaniels of Eastview and George Franklin McDaniels of Elizabethtown; four sisters: Rose Marie Zachery of Leitchfield, Mary Ann Stone of Big Clifty, Dorothy May Gray of Four Corners, and Malinda Elliot of Elizabethtown; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers James and Herbert Lee McDaniels.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday (April 16, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Eveleigh Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Buck McDaniels Memorial Fund in care of the Dermitt Funeral Home.
