Blake Allen Meredith, age 38, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (September 26, 2018) in Louisville, KY.

He was born on February 17, 1980 in Owensboro, KY, the son of Dwight Meredith and the late Cheryl Lynn Hale.

He was a warehouse employee at Core-Mark who enjoyed WWE wrestling and University of Kentucky basketball. He had attended Third Baptist Church in Owensboro.

He is survived by his daughters, Madison Hartlage and Tionah Meredith, both of Leitchfield; twin brother, Brett Meredith of Leitchfield; father, Dwight Meredith of Leitchfield. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive.

Other than his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Conrad and Nola Meredith and maternal grandparents, Willis and Ernestine Hale.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (September 29, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of services.
