Bobby Hack, age 84, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (April 15, 2024) at his home.

He was born on March 18, 1940 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late William and Gracie Whobrey Hack.

He was a farmer and enjoyed woodworking, especially building birdhouses and churches. He enjoyed eating at White Castle and Chic-fil-A. He loved to fish and take trips out on the boat. Bobby also loved to sing and spend time with his grandchildren.  He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He married the love of his life, Myrtle Nash Hack on November 23, 1963 and they enjoyed a life full of love while raising four children together. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Hack; children, Earl Hack, Sharon Sandlin (Larry), Dale Hack (Peggy) and Tammy Hack (Benny) all of Leitchfield; grandchildren, Bailey, Corinna, TJ, Sara, Michael, Andrew, Patrick, Paul, Charles, Noah, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Derika, Isaiah, Tobias, Braxton, Shayla, Holland, Charlie, Cloud and Noah.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (April 18, 2024) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ernie Vincent will be officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of services.
