Brenda Sue Zachery, age 71, of Elizabethtown, KY, passed away Monday, (February 22, 2021) at the Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab.

She was born on May 1, 1949 in, Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret Justice Zachery.

She was a former employee of the Knox Ford Car Dealer who enjoyed working on old cars, fishing, art, loved her dog "Baby" and was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sister, Frances Logsdon of Leitchfield, KY; two nephews, Daniel Logsdon and Brent Zachery both of Leitchfield, KY. Several great and great-great nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Zachery and baby brother, Clarence Edward Zachery; one nephew, Davy Logsdon; one niece, Cassie Marquis; and one sister, Margaret Zachery.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (February 25, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Eveleigh Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. on Thursday until time of services.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
