Carmen E. Brown, age 64, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (November 21, 2025) at her residence.

She was born on March 6, 1961, in Germany, the daughter of the late Edwin and Ruth Schoor Vincent.

Carmen had worked at Miller and Hartman in Leitchfield and was a homemaker. She enjoyed collecting numerous different items, such as trinkets, Beanie Babies, and knick knacks. She loved to watch movies on television, especially Sci-Fi. Carmen was a member of the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, David Edwin Veltman (Ashlee Winchester) of Elizabethtown; brother, Paul Lehmkuhle; sisters, LaDonna Scantler (Donald), and Vicki Snyder (Jerry); and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and his wife, Bill and Adelaide Lehmkuhle.

Cremation was chosen. Burial will be in the Vincent Cemetery in the Ollie Community of Edmonson County, KY at a later date.
