Carol Lynn Foreman, age 62, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Tuesday, (August 10, 2021) at her home.

She was born on December 29, 1958 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Cecil Richard and Ida Foreman Young.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, canning, shopping and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of the Yeaman Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, R.L. Foreman of Caneyville; six sons, David Foreman (Heather) of Caneyville, Wavie Lee "W.L." Foreman (Rachel) of Beaver Dam, KY, Brandon Foreman (Tammy) of Caneyville, James Foreman (Andrea) of Hardinsburg, Thomas Decker (LaDonna) of Horse Branch, and Carey Decker (Taeh) of Caneyville; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Duncan (Billy); and four sisters-in-law, Reba Young, Betty Young, Dawn Young and Cheryl Young. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister; nine brothers, Gene, J.C., James, Carl, Damon, Raymond, Gary, William & Harold Young; and a sister, Bessie Decker.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (August 12, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Yeaman Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
