Carol Mollyhorn, age 82, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (October 21, 2018) at Kensington Manor in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on February 10, 1936 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Dr. Les and Anna Willis Cheal.

She was a retired school teacher, who graduated from Leitchfield High School in 1953 and the Western Kentucky University. She taught school in Weakley County, Tennessee from 1964 to 1974, and then taught in the Grayson County School System from 1974 until she retired. She enjoyed sewing, was a member and past president of the Leitchfield Woman's Club, and a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association.

She is survived by her sons, Jeff Mollyhorn and Scott Mollyhorn both of Leitchfield; several cousins and special friend Mickey Sisk.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (October 27, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
