Obituary
Catherine Jaggers, age 87, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (June 7, 2016) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on October 25, 1928 in Hudson, KY, the daughter of the late John Thomas and Lona LaGrand Kesee.
She was retired from G.E. and a member of the Maryville Baptist Church, who enjoyed farming, gardening and canning.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda DeSpain (Dennis) of Leitchfield, Sonya K. Decker (Alford) of Clarkson; five grandchildren, Steven Kane, Kimberly Bell, Angela Rouse, Brian Watson, and Jason Decker; five great-grandchildren, Brittany Kane, Billy Bell, Jaden Decker, Jacob Watson, and Haley Watson; and one great-great grandchild, Conner Newman.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Jaggers, her daughter Linda Gail Watson, four brothers, Hobson, Herbert, Gordon, and Tommy Kesee, two sisters, Ilene Gregory and Erlene Allen.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (June 11, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro.Jimmy Tucker will be officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service.
