Charles Allen Bush, 52, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (April 25, 2012) in Leitchfield, Kentucky
He was born on March 28, 1960, in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Charles and Carolyn (Adkins) Bush.
He is survived by, his mother, Carolyn Sellars of Tampa FL, a brother, Richard Wayne Bush of Tampa, FL, a sister, Renee Gibson of Ashland, KY, his aunts and uncle, Mae Ryan and Paul and Gaynail Stitch and several more aunts & uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles and a son, Nicholas.
Cremation was chosen. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday May 7, 2012.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to assist with final expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
