Charles Smith age 56 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Saturday (July 9, 2011) at the Spring View Health & Rehab in Leitchfield.
Charles was born August 23, 1954 in Grayson County, KY the son of the late John T. and Dora VanMeter Smith.
Charles is survived by his fiance' Wanda McStoots of Leitchfield, two daughters, Amy Minyard and Cheri Lindsey both of Edmonson County, one son, Austin Stern of Leitchfield, one sister, Kaye Elmore of Edmonson County, four brothers, Carl, Oscar and Billy Smith all of Clarkson, KY and Jerry Smith of Breckinridge County. He is also survived by four grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Glen Smith.
Cremation was chosen by the Smith Family.
