Christopher Elliott Burba, age 46, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away Monday, (May 4, 2020).

He was born on February 19, 1974, in Louisville, KY, to his late father, Joseph Burba and his mother, Marcella McCormick Burba Stevenson.

He was an accomplished Boy Scout and loved the outdoors. An avid hunter, he and his boys bonded over the thrill of the hunt and respect for the skill. He always looked forward to taking his family to J and D's Back Forty to share his love of Kentucky. He taught his sons to put pride in their work and his incredible work ethic was known to all. His family was his pride and joy and if you were lucky enough to see him cheer his sons and their teammates on from the sidelines on race day, you know how proud and competitive he was.

He is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Kirstin, his two sons, Walker Kuehn and Mason Burba, all of Hiram, GA; his mother, Marcella McCormick Burba Stevenson of Marietta, GA; grandmother, Genevieve McCormick of Leitchfield, KY; brother, Jeromy Burba of Dallas, GA; nephew, Joseph Burba of Hiram GA, and his niece, Kayle Burba of Marietta, GA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Burba, step-father, Harold Dean Stevenson and grandfather, Elliott McCormick.

Funeral services conducted by West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA. and services conducted by Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, KY will be private.
