Christopher Raymond Hunt, age 62, of Hodgenville, KY, passed away Saturday, (September 28, 2024) at his home.

He was born on December 17, 1961 in Munich, Germany, the son of the Josephine Blanche McCrady Kendrick and the late Raymond Hunt.

He was a truck driver who enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. He was a member of the KBA Motorcycle Club.

He is survived by his mother, Josephine Blanche McCrady Kendrick of Jacksonville, FL; a daughter, Kristy Hunt of Lake Butler, FL; two sons, James Hunt (Misti) and Daniel Hunt (Dwanna) also of Lake Butler, FL: the love of his life, Rebecca Cantrell of Hodgenville; five grandchildren with one great-grandchild on the way; and a brother, Greg Hunt of Sevierville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Hunt.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, (October 5, 2024) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
