Clyde Randall “Randy” Kelley, age 70, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Tuesday, (January 13, 2025) at his home.

He was born on May 24, 1955 in Clarkson, KY, the son of the late Thomas F. and Ruby Pearl Roof Kelley.

He was a construction worker, a truck driver, and worked for The City of Leitchfield for several years. He enjoyed racing and working on his prized Chevelle’s, and listening to country and rock music (the louder the better). Randy was a member of the Pine Knob Baptist Church and attended Liberty Baptist Church, and was also a member of American Legion Post 81.

He is survived by his three sisters, Bernice Lashley (William Coy), Carolyn Russell Noblett and Joyce Hanley, all of Leitchfield, KY. Six nieces, Teresa Wenner (Bob), Marsha Kelley Johnson, Jennifer Abell (Tommy), Angel Moutardier, Michelle Smith (Charles), Tammy Beville (Jake) and two nephews, Gerald Lasley (Kelly) and Dewayne Kelley (Sarah) also survive.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Kelley and his beloved dog, Nibbles.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, (January 30, 2026) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
