Obituary
Damon Woodcock, age 52, of Welchs Creek, KY, passed away Thursday (March 5, 2009) at his residence.
He was born on January 26, 1957 in Grayson County KY, the son of Daymond and Christal (Embry) Woodcock.
He is survived by his ex-wife Audrey Woodcock, one son, Joshua Woodcock and his wife Charlotte, of Welchs Creek, one daughter, Pamela Woosley and her husband Neil, of Morgantown, six sisters, Gaye Lamb, and Mayron Hall both of Caneyville, Sandy Lindsey, of Morgantown, Dale Gootee, of Louisville, Kim Norris, of Berea, and Juanita Woosley of Leitchfield, three grandchildren, Sierra Woodcock, and Daniel and Allison Woosley. He was proceded in death by his parents, one sister Anita Shephard and one granddaughter, Lillian Woosley.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday (March 7, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Burial is in the Woodcock Cemetery. Bro. Larry Lacefield will be officiating.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville after 3:00 -9:00 p.m. Friday (March 6, 2009) and from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time on Saturday.
