Daniel Wayne Fields, 63, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (April 20, 2015) at his residence.
He was born on December 27, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late Clifton J. and Gracie Myrtle Decker Fields.
He is survived by a son, Jason D. Fields of Eastpointe, Michigan.
Cremation was chosen.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (April 29, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield with a gathering of friends from 11:00 a.m. to service time.
