Obituary
Danny Baxter, age 67, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Wednesday, (August 19, 2009) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on April 28, 1942, in Grayson County, KY, the son of John Daniel and Mary (Sipes) Baxter. He was a retired factory worker.
He is survived by his wife, Frances (Cook) Baxter; two sons, Jerry Baxter (Debbie) of Big Clifty and Jimmy Baxter (Linda) of Leitchfield; one daughter, Sherry Baxter (Donnie) of Leitchfield; one sister, Sharon Baxter of Leitchfield; one brother, Charles Baxter of Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren, Stephen and Michael Williams, Heather, Brent, Danielle, Christey and James Baxter, II; two great grandchildren, Isaac Baxter and Madilyn Williams; two step grandchildren, Taletha and Elisha and three step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Freddie Baxter.
A private funeral service will be held with no visitation. Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield is in charge of the arrangements.
