Danny Ray Duvall, age 59 , of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday (April 19, 2022) at Robley Rex Veteran Medical Center in Louisville, KY.

He was born on October 25, 1962 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of the late Harlan Thomas and Sylvia Virginia Powell Duvall.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving on the USS Iowa. He was a member of American Legion Post #81. He was a construction worker, previously working for UD Contracting.  He loved to fish and hunt. He also enjoyed hunting rocks and arrowheads, sports, especially basketball. He played on the softball team for the American Legion. He married Pamela Sue Reynolds Anderson on July 8, 2002. He was a member of Radiant Church of Grayson County.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Duvall of Leitchfield; children, Daniel Duvall of Louisville, Jessica Danielle Hicks (Jacob) of Caneyville, Raffy Scott of Florida, Afton Anderson of Leitchfield and Ashley Anderson of Leitchfield; grandchildren, Cameron, Shaylee and Cali Collin, Carter and Carson Dennis, Anderson Scott, Ariaunna Mercer, Lilly Hicks and Lainey Hicks; and his brother and sisters, Donald Minton (Leisa), Cindy Decker (Dewayne), Tammy Pierce (Tony), and Brenda Moran (Don).

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Lewis Renard Scott III; and his brothers, Stanley, Wendell and Ronnie Minton and Sammy and Johnny Duvall.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (April 24, 2022) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Barrett Howard will be officiating. Burial will be in the Rabbit Flat Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Sunday until time of services.
