Obituary
Danny Kerr, age 69, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (June 3, 2016) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on April 24, 1947, in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the late William Carlos and Fonta Bell Hartley Kerr.
He was a retired construction worker, who enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren and great grandchildren and he loved horses and his dogs, and was a member of Leitchfield First General Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Masters Kerr, his daughter, Evelyn Bratcher (Johnny) of Millwood, KY, his step-son, Terry Larimore (Greda) of Leitchfield, four grandchildren, Morgan Haycraft (Russell), Dustin Larimore (Lauren), Kaylyn and Macy Bratcher, three great-grandchildren, Emma Hayes, Oakley Larimore and Travis Haycraft, two sisters, Peggy Brooks (Rev. Buddy Brooks) of Leitchfield and Carlene Matthews (Tom) of Texas, one brother, Rev. Rudd Kerr (Darlene) of Leitchfield.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Travis Kerr and Temple Ruth.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held Saturday, (June 25, 2016) at 2:00 p.m. at the Centre on Main (425 S. Main St., Leitchfield, KY 42754). All friends and family are invited to attend.
