Daphne Sloan Smith, peacefully passed away, (November 20, 2024) at Norton's Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on November 18, 2024 the daughter of Jared and Caitlin Smith.

Other than her parents, she is survived by her big brother, Jordan; two big sisters, Sophia and Phoebe; paternal grandparents, Douglas and Mary Smith of Leitchfield; maternal grandparents, Richard and Sharon Sloan of Leitchfield; great-grandmother, Orvilla Powell; Uncle Luke, "Uncie" Seth (Mada), Aunt Casey, Uncle Wes (Alexis), and Aunt Amber (Rance); and her big cousins, Finn, Iris, Lawson, and Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Carmel Powell, Charlie Sloan, Lexie Cummings, Michael and Hettie Darst and Eugene and Georgetta Smith.

A private funeral service will be held.
