Obituary
Darrel Sterett Felts, age 68, of Vine Grove KY, passed away Thursday, (December 1, 2011) at his residence.
He was born on April 4, 1943, in Bowling Green, KY, the son of the late Doctor Franklin and Cecil Martin Felts. He was a retired aircraft electrician.
He is survived by his wife, Velvet Kinsell Felts of Vine Grove, his daughter, Darcy Parker (David) of Leitchfield, his son, Darren Keith Felts (Jennifer) of Gallup, NM, his sister, Janice Phillips (Richard) of Louisville, KY six grandchildren, Nicholas, Jamie, Elizabeth, Timothy, and Dillon Felts, and Dawson Parker and one great granddaughter, Caecilia Felts, two nephews and one niece, Craig Phillips (Melody), Daniel Phillips, and Karen Chapman (Mike).
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Ann Felts and a son, Darrel Franklin Felts.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday (December 7, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.
