Darryl Richard Beck, 63, of Elizabethtown, KY, passed away peacefully at his residence on May 22, 2025.

Born on September 11, 1961, in Louisville, KY, Darryl was the son of Victor and Phyllis Beck. He worked in injection molding. Darryl was an absolute movie buff, a collector of all things that were and were not collectible, a connoisseur of popsicles and candy, and known for his unique fashion sense and gift giving abilities. HE was a member of Sulphur Wells "Snap" Baptist Church.

Darryl is survived by his wife, Amy Beck; two sons, Kyle (Kayci) Beck and Shane (Vanessa) Beck; his mother, Phyllis Beck; sister, Teresa (Steven) McMonigal; and his cherished grandchildren, Dylan, Sierra, Jada, Lilly, Faith, Lainey, and Darryl, and one great-grandchild, Leo.

He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Beck; his brother, Stephen Beck; his daughter, Candice Keesee; and his best friend, Bucky Beck.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, (May 30, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the family to assist with final expenses.
