David Bruce Callaway, age 69, of Elizabethtown, KY, passed away Wednesday, (December 15, 2021) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes.

He was born on December 01, 1952 in Louisville, KY, to the late Fred and Eleanor Phillips Callaway.

He was a retired machinist for Phillip Morris, and a member of the VFW, who enjoyed fishing, working in his garden, playing cards, and was a handyman who could fix anything with duct tape.

He is survived by his daughters, Ann Escue (Darrin) of Leitchfield and Jenny Callaway of Virginia Beach, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and another one on the way, two sisters, Diane Cann of Louisville and Sharon Hutchison of Mount Washington.  Five nieces and nephews also survive

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Thomas Callaway.

In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen.
