David Allen Knick, age 37, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (October 24, 2020) at his home.

He was born on January 20, 1983 in Nashville, TN the son of the Kimberly Knick Holderman and the late James "Jimmy" Holderman.

He was a handyman and construction worker who enjoyed working with a traveling carnival.

He is survived by his, son, Kristopher, of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Dixie, of Leitchfield; four brothers, Chris Bounds (Darlene), James "Bubba" Holderman, Jr. (Tiffany), Jacob and Joshua Holderman; and four sisters, Nikki Hittle (Richie), Jamie Mattingly (Leonard), Crystal Fetch, and Dawnann Tomes (Brad) and his mother, Kimberly Knick Holderman. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than his father, James "Jimmy" Holderman, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Holderman and his Mamaw, Mary Dennison.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, (October 30, 2020) at Dermitt Funeral Home. Bro. Joey Decker will be officiating. Cremation will follow.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Friday until time of service.
