David Earl Miller, age 76, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (April 4, 2018) in Leitchfield.

He was born on September 5, 1941, in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Charles Joseph and Nellie Cripps Miller.

He was a machine operator for Campbell Hausfeld, who enjoyed hunting, gardening and Bluegrass music. He married Delois Miller on April 8, 1961. He was a member of Mt. Hebron Gospel Mission.

He is survived by his wife, Delois Miller; children, Venita Wilson (Bryan), Lerond Miller, and Taeja Parsons all of Leitchfield; three grandchildren, Amanda Constant (Craig), Ashlee Cooper and Stephen Miller; five great-grandchildren, Beckam Cooper, Hudson Cooper, Fynn Cooper, Rhett Constant, Khelan Thomason, and brother, Joby Miller (Vickie) of Olaton; sister, Vickie Pendleton of Leitchfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Patrik Miller, three brothers, William, Dwayne and Irvin Miller, and sister, Mary Miller.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (April 8, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jim Douthitt will be officiating. Burial will be in the Holly Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
