David William Watson, age 69, of Leitchfield, died Friday, (August 28, 2026) in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born at Baptist Hospital in Louisville, KY on May 19, 1957, to Betty and the late Everett Watson.
He is survived by his mother, Betty McClure Ash; his brother, Steven Watson of Leitchfield, KY; and his sister, Mary Cooper (Bryson) of Virginia.
David graduated from Denby High School in Detroit, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy. For the past 29 years he worked as a hair stylist at Hair Creations in Leitchfield, KY.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen and will be under the direction of Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
