Obituary
Dean Theadore Jepsen, age 76, of West View, KY, passed away Thursday, (January 24, 2013) in Louisville, KY.
He was born on May 8, 1936 in Quimby, Iowa, the son of the late John and Gertrude Tamm Jepsen.
He was a retired computer programmer for IBM, who enjoyed woodworking, computers, mowing, tractors, and any mechanical work. He also was in an administrative position at the Rough River Youth Ranch, where he enjoyed working with the youth. He was a member of the Bethel Fellowship Church.
He is survived by a special niece, Ruth Willis and her husband Jay; special friends, Jeff and Claudia Kelsey, and Karen Dean; and several other nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Violet, and three brothers, Glen, James, and Roy Jepsen.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, (January 26, 2013) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ron Miller will be officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, KY.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
