Deborah "Dee Dee" Stich, age 59, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (March 06, 2020) at Norton's Hospital in Louisville.

She was born on October 11, 1960 in Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of the late Jack and Mary Mellick Rice.

She was a mortgage loan officer and a loving wife who enjoyed gardening, quilting, spending time with her dogs, horseback riding, and feeding & watching her hummingbirds. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Leitchfield.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Stich of Leitchfield; two sisters, Lisa Shearer (Scott) of Louisville, KY and Crystal Meehan of Brooks, KY; five nieces, Rachel Shearer (Lucas Lowery), Shannon Dearing (Mac), Dawn Donoho, Tara Harris and Charise Hutt; a nephew, Sean Meehan; and her beloved dogs, Gypsy, Buster & Ziva.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Lovette Sanders.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. CST Monday, (March 09, 2020) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Doug King and Bro. Randall Deweese will be officiating. Burial will be in the Duff Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. CST Monday until time of services.
