Delma Paul Mollyhorn , age 77 of Tiptonville, Tennessee formerly of Caneyville, passed away Friday July 08, 2011 in Leitchfield at the home of his son.
He was born December 8, 1933, the son of Eugene and Edna Cooper Mollyhorn. He was a 1953 graduate of Caneyville High School, a US Navy veteran of the Korean War, a graduate of Western Ky. University and received a Masters Degree from Murray University, a retired teacher & high school basketball coach from 1953-2007, a member of the Harmony Masonic Lodge # 184 and a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church in Tiptonville, Tn.
He is survived by 2 sons, Scott & Jeff Mollyhorn both of Leitchfield
2 sisters Shirley (Charlie) Waterbury of Leitchfield & Wilma Goodman of Louisville. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Sheridan & Darrell, 1 sister Freda Gary.
Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday July 13, 2011 at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville.
Family will receive friends after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday.
