Obituary
Delphia Geary, age 84, of Welch's Creek, KY, passed away Wednesday, (July 15, 2009) Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on October 23, 1924, in Welch's Creek, the daughter of Elic and Etta (Embry) Geary. She was a member of Christian Home Church of Christ.
She is survived by one brother, Latnie Geary of Welches Creek, one sister, Vivia and (Jim) Casey of Leitchfield, two nephews, Jerry (Paula) Casey and James (Sheila) Casey, two nieces, Brenda (Michael) Smith, and Paula ( Dennie) Rogers. She was preceded in death by her brother Vernie.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (July 18, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Jerry Casey will be officiating. Burial will be in the Geary Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, after 9:00 on Saturday until funeral time.
