Obituary
Dorothy "Dot" Babbitt, age 93, of Smyrna, GA formerly of Leitchfield, KY died June 22, 2010.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Harry Johnson of Smyrna, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Martha Jane and J.C. Hammond of Lanesville, IND; sister-in-law, Libby Veech of LaGrange, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Babbitt was a member of Wilson Baptist Church in Smyrna, GA.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 28, 2010 at Dermitt Funeral Home Chapel in Leitchfield, KY with Bro. Garry Watkins officiating. Burial will be at Mount Vernon Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Odyssey Vista-Care Foundation - Hospice, 2302 Park Lake Drive, Suite 150, Atlanta, GA 30345.
Dermitt Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.
