Dorothy Hanka, age 88, of Pewee Valley, KY, passed away Tuesday, (December 18, 2018) at Friendship Health and Rehab in Pewee Valley, KY.

She was born on September 9, 1930 in Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of the late John W. and Lizzie Cockerel Musick.

She was a homemaker and was married to the late Robert Hanka.

She is survived by her three daughters-in-law including Carin Gassman of LaGrange, KY and several grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hanka, and her three sons, John, Charles, and Tommy Gassman.

Private Graveside services will be held on Thursday, (December 27, 2018) at the Salem Cemetery.
