Dorothy Nash, age 82, of Shrewsbury, KY, passed away Sunday, (May 16, 2010) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on January 21, 1928 in Edmonson County, KY, the daughter of the late Roy and Bonnie Vincent Hazelip.

She is survived by her husband Erett Nash; two daughters, Betty Fetter of Altamonte Springs, FL, and Brenda McClure (Robert) of Owensboro, KY; two brothers, Rex Hazelip of Franklin, KY, and Haskell Hazelip of TN; two sisters, Victoria Bratcher of Shepherdsville, KY, and Faith Jennings of Morgantown, KY; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Ruth Hazelip and Gladys South.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday (May 20, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Edward Cockriel and Billy Bertram will be officiating. Burial will be in the Shrewsbury General Baptist Church Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00p.m to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
