Dorsie Mae Heath, age 92, of New Washington, IN, passed away Tuesday, (March 24, 2020) at her residence.

She was born on February 10, 1928 in Caneyville, KY, the daughter of the late Silas and Janie Simpson Cummings.

She was a Homemaker, who enjoyed crocheting and bird watching.

She is survived by her two sons, Roger Heath (Melanie) of New Washington, IN, and Glendel Heath (Stacy) of LaGrange, KY; three grandchildren, James Salings, Tammy Scriber, and Troy Heath; five great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Margie Cummings.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Palestine "Pete" Heath; two brothers, James Cummings and A.D. Cummings; and one daughter, Carolyn Sue Salings.

Private services will be held.
