Doug Mattingly, age 64, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Sunday, (January 17, 2016) at his home in Falls of Rough.
He was born on June 30, 1951 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late John and Mabel Buckler Mattingly.
He owned the Crossroads One Stop in Falls of Rough and enjoyed trading guns and old cars.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Sowell Mattingly, of Falls of Rough; a daughter, Holly Vanessa Cotton (Duke) of Mt. Vernon, IN; two sons, Jason Clay Mattingly of Falls of Rough and Timothy Edward Mattingly of Clarkson, KY; three grandchildren, Dylan Clay Mattingly, Sydney Sky Cotton, and Saylor Khi Mattingly; a sister, Suzy Limon of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, John Michael "Mickey" Mattingly (Anna) and Ray Mattingly, both of Falls of Rough. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leslie O. Vincent.
Cremation was chosen.
