Earl J Corley, age 71 of Caneyville, KY, passed away Saturday (August 08, 2009) in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on March 26, 1938, in Caneyville, KY, the son of Carl & Hallie Woosley Corley.
He was a retired finish carpenter with Louisville Sash & Door.
He is survived by his wife Mary Jo Corley of Horse Branch, 3 sons Carl J Corley of Caneyville, Billy Joe Corley of Horse Branch, & Cory Shadburn of Beaver Dam, 1 daughter Lisa Lacefield of Caneyville, 10 grandchildren & 1 great grandson, 2 brothers Carl Corley Jr. of Radcliff & Charlie Frank of Bowling Green, 2 sisters Earlene Tabb & Faye Haycraft both of Louisville. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters & 2 brothers.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M Monday (August 10, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Grayling Hayes will be officiating. Cremation will follow.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 3:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. Monday.
